James Rosselle is a Pastry Chef currently working with Ewald Notter, at The
Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando, Florida.  With Ewald, James provides
the highest degree of instruction to enhance essential skills, intensify creative
perception, and help each student achieve their goals.

Prior to working with Ewald, James had the pleasure of working with Gail
Gand, pastry chef and co-owner of Chicago’s well-known Tru.  At Tru,
James created deserts and developed new enticing desert options.  Before that,
he was in New York working for Ron Ben-Israel at Ron Ben-Israel Cakes,
Inc.  In New York, James designed  wedding and specialty cakes in addition to
creating artistic flower work through sugar.


Recently, he has competed in two TV Food Network Challenges; The Simpsonâ
€™s Movie Cake Challenge and The Mystery Cake Challenge.


James has had an amazing career so far, and intends to continue his
experience by learning and exposing himself to as many creative minds as
possible.
